In an illustrative example, the patient may selectively share all or part of the comprehensively integrated health record with one or more persons or assigned healthcare providers. Various embodiments may enable, for example, the patient and the assigned healthcare providers to have a better understanding on the health condition of the patient and/or predict probable outcomes of various courses of treatment based on collective data of other similar cases such that the patient and the assigned healthcare providers may observe more accurate and comprehensive information on the individual patient and/or predicted outcomes to prescribe a more effective treatment plan and/or diagnose a condition at an earlier stage.
