Jason is not only a Patent Attorney, he also practices extensively in the areas of Trademark Law. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and has practiced in New York, Israel, and South Carolina. Jason is an Of Counsel attorney with TPL.
Before ever deciding on an education and career path, Jason grew up in a family-owned and operated, small retail business in New York. Jason credits the lessons he learned working at the shop with his family for instilling his values of commitment, dedication, and hard work, which he now brings to his IP clients.
Before joining Thompson Patent Law as Of Counsel, Craige and Jason jointly represented numerous clients. Jason had established his own independent law practice in Brooklyn, New York in 2009 after returning from living in Israel and working in Ramat Gan as a patent attorney at Ehrlich & Fenster, an Intellectual Property law firm that prosecutes Intellectual Property applications internationally.
Prior to moving to Israel, Jason worked as an associate at Feldman Rosman, a civil litigation firm with a focus on commercial and landlord-tenant matters, and he was an associate at The Martinez Group PLLC, an Intellectual Law firm focused on the design industry.
Since a recent move to Charleston, South Carolina, Jason continues to practice federal prosecution of Intellectual Property matters. Jason protects his clients’ assets across the country and around the world.
